Based on the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of “Shargunkumir” JSC, held on August 11, 2021, based on the results of 2020, the Company’s net profit received 107.6 million soums will be aimed at implementing the investment project Modernization of Shargunkumir JSC.
- JSC “Shargunkumir” completed 2021 with a net profit of 4,523,105 thousand soums. In accordance with the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Shargunkumir JSC, held on June 30, 2022 based on the results of 2021, the company’s net profit for 2021 in the amount of 4,523,105 thousand soums will be used for the implementation of the investment project “Modernization of Shargunkumir JSC”.
- JSC “Shargunkumir” completed 2022 with a net profit of 3,164,755 thousand soums. In accordance with the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Shargunkumir JSC, held on June 30, 2023 based on the results of 2022, the net profit of the company based on the results of 2022 in the amount of 3,164,755 thousand soums will be used for the implementation of the investment project “Modernization of Shargunkumir JSC”.
