A conference on the approval of the collective agreement between JSC “Sharguncoal” and the trade union committee for 2021-2023 was held

Today, on April 2, at 11: 00 o’clock in the room of spirituality and enlightenment of JSC “Sharguncoal”, a conference was held to approve the report on the implementation in 2020 of the collective agreement concluded between JSC “Sharguncoal” and the trade Union Committee for 2018-2020, as well as the collective agreement concluded between JSC “Sharguncoal” and the trade Union Committee for 2021-2023.

The conference agenda included 3 issues:

1. Report of the employer on the activities of JSC “Sharguncoal” for 2020 under the collective agreement concluded between JSC “Sharguncoal” and the Trade Union Committee for 2018-2020.

2. Report of the chairman of the trade union Committee on the activities of the trade union committee of JSC “Sharguncoal” for 2020 under the collective agreement concluded between JSC “Sharguncoal” and the territorial committee of the trade union for 2018-2020.

3. On the approval of the collective agreement concluded between the JSC “Sharguncoal” and the trade union committee for 2021-2023, on the new project and the additions and changes made to it.

The conference was attended by Kamoliddin Karimov, a specialist in organizational work of the Termez MTU KUKHK, Bobomurod Khayitaliyev, a legal consultant of the Termez MTU KUKHK, and Ruslan Rezhapov, a leading chief specialist in labor protection of the Termez MTU Kukhk.

On the issue of the agenda, the report of the head of JSC “Sharguncoal” and the chairman of the trade union committee was heard.

The new collective agreement, concluded for 2021-2023, has more than twenty amendments and additions aimed at strengthening social guarantees.

The delegates expressed their comments and suggestions on the implementation of the collective agreement concluded for 2018-2020 in 2020.

The conference participants emphasized that on the basis of social partnership between the employer and the trade union committee, cooperation has been established in the implementation of reforms in the field of protecting the rights of employees, protecting the social and economic interests of workers, labor protection, and support for women and youth.

The activities of the employer and the trade union committee to implement the measures provided for in the collective agreement were assessed as satisfactory.

During the meeting, there were questions and answers, as well as discussions. Based on the suggestions and comments made, the relevant decisions were made.
